5 benefits of Mindfulness Meditation

PART 1 of 5

Mindfulness Meditation is simply being aware of the present moment. For far too long our lives are lived in the past or the present.

By closing our eyes and focusing on the present we gain many benefits, which we can bring to every aspect of our lives – and YES including Internet marketing – for example the twin evils of Procrastination and Paralysis by Analysis.

Here goes, my 5 main benefits:

1. Develops FOCUS
2. Develops awareness
3. Brings clarity to our lives
4. Deepens our insights and understanding
5. Develops our capacity to be authentic and true to ourselves

By taking just a few moments to (metaphorically) ‘die in the present’ while still alive, we free ourselves to have time for the present

By realising ‘THIS IS IT’  we let go of the past and wake up in the moment.
