Be like a Non-Stick pan

Part 2 of 5

Keep an open mind, which is not attached to anything.
The first key skill is to practise the art of observation, without attaching any meaning.

Notice everything without getting pulled in by the experience – Be like a non-stick pan – let nothing stick to you and cling on to nothing.

See yourself as a sentry standing between the gates of your mind and the gates of your consciousness.

Notice your thought patterns as they arise and disappear into the next thought.

You need a focus for your attention – focus on your breath with your eyes closed (10 minutes every day)  We remind ourselves that we are here now.

Thats it follks – watch out for part 3, coming soon
