Cormac Murphy is an emerging actor and singer based in London, but also available to work across Ireland and the USA. He has starred in indie features and shorts, ranging from blood soaked black metal horror to coming of age queer comedy. He has effortlessly fronted both jazz bands and rock bands as lead singer.
He is a Bow Street Academy graduate for Screen Acting in Dublin, graduated in June 2026. He has also trained previously at Portland Community College and Grant High School in Portland, Oregon. He spent two years as an acting assistant teacher at Portland Playhouse.
Off-script he is a stage-combat performer, dabbles as a mixed martial artist, he moves easily between hip-hop, contemporary, aerial, and social dance styles. He also has a love of music production and has published work on all streaming platforms.
